Roadside Assistance is there to provide you with peace of mind and confidance that your basic roadside needs will be met under the terms and conditions of your warranty or extended warranty coverage.

What does Roadside Assistance provide?

Towing, Flat tire change, bring fuel if you run out, get you in your car if you are locked out, dead battery boost.


Upon your call, the 24-Hour Road Side Assistance Program hotline will dispatch a towing service to transport your vehicle to the closest dealership that services your brand of vehicle. If you choose to go to another dealership, you may be responsible for the cost if the extra distance exceeds 50kms.

*If the vehicle needs to be towed and the cause is not due to a warranted mechanical condition, then the vehicle will be towed at owner expense*


I Have a Flat Tire
Roadside assistance will take off your flat and install your emergency use spare tire so you can get to your nearest Chrysler retailer for repair.
Roadside will dispatch a driver to bring you just enough fuel to get you to the nearest fuel station
Roadside Assistance will send out a professional to get you into your car to retrieve your keys.
Jump start assistance will be provided at your location, if your vehicle does not respond, your vehicle will be towed to to the nearest Chrysler retailer
Yes. You have roadside assistance in both Canada and the continental United States.
